Patrick Logan
Patrick Logan is a principal at Lemle & Wolff Companies with more than 20 years of affordable project management and real estate finance experience. At Lemle, Patrick develops both affordable and market new construction, oversees preservation and rehabilitation projects, and repositions existing affordable housing portfolios to ensure long term viability of properties.
Patrick has significant experience executing transactions through HPD, HDC, and GSE financing programs. Prior to joining Lemle & Wolff, Patrick worked at Enterprise Community Partners, where he co-originated more than $50 million in affordable acquisition and rehabilitation and developed Enterprise’s NYCERS lending platform. He also served as a mortgage officer at the Community Preservation Corporation, underwriting and originating $12 million in construction rehabilitation loans in the Bronx and Northern Manhattan.
Patrick also worked for 10 years for the Fordham Bedford Housing Corporation, a community based nonprofit organization, where he executed and managed LIHTC’s, new construction, preservation, rehabilitation projects, and green space development.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts in media studies and Master of Science in international political economy development from Fordham University.
