Rehabilitation of six buildings in Washington Heights.Principals of Lemle & Wolff have owned the six buildings in this project since the early 1980s. Lemle & Wolff Construction Corp. is overseeing the substantial renovation, upgrading all kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and roofs along with exterior masonry repairs, new major systems, and lead and asbestos abatement.
