A six-story building with 11 luxury apartments on 119th Street in Harlem.Lemle & Wolff completed construction on this market-rate condominium building in east Harlem in 2010. The company was awarded the contract by a private developer.
The interior lot presented a number of challenges including underpinning of the adjacent properties and extensive site dewatering. The structure was engineered with a steel frame and corrugated metal core.
